Adult Therapeutic Day Program
The CENTER for Therapeutic & Educational Riding, Inc. is proud to offer a ground program aimed at the growing adult population.
The CENTER will offer sessions running for six weeks with a maximum of six adults per session attending each week for 1.5 hours. They will be introduced to a variety of activities including grooming and communing with horses, arts and crafts, and a snack.
The goals of this program are to improve comprehension, memory & motor skills through physical & social activities.
The CENTER hopes to reach out to Adult Day Care facilities, Alzheimer/dementia organizations, Autism facilities and Group Homes for the physically and mentally impaired.
